Yes, it's ok! Go Sawx! I forgot you were up there. What fun. I love baseball celebrations! And I know your ass loves Manny! I like the yummy new Red Sock, Jacoby Ellsbury.

(Are you going to come home with a sexy boston accent by the way?)

They're going to ROLL the mfing Rockies.

Ummmm, are Boston accents sexy? Really? It's like you're asking me to come home with a beer gut, a beard, and clam chowder stains down the front of my XXXL Patriots jersey.

I like them, but that's just me. Speaking of Patriots, have you gotten a load of the new "post game Brady" lately? I mean, the guy's handsome and all, but with the new 'do and your grandfather's navy suit, he looks like he's trying to land a job with CBS evening news! Hilarious.

For all of how quickly I became a Sox fan, I'm sorta refusing to get on board with the Patriots. Brady's a good quarterback and all, but the team has no charm (not for me, anyway). I see people hawking anti-Eli shirts and stuff around town pretty often, actually, though I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Really? you'd think they'd be too "good" for anti-Eli shirts. I'm with you--they're like the Yankees or Duke basketball or USC football. Too much hype. Brady is really blowing everyone out of the water this season, though. Doesn't make me like him more, it just kind of makes my head spin. He's got 27 tds on the year so far. His all time record is 28 for a season.

The Giants are a ton of fun, on the other hand! Jeremy Shockey looks like he might decide to eat you for breakfast, even in a suit and slicked back hair! And Eli...cute, boring, Eli has really come into his own. i think he's turning into a bad ass right before our eyes!

Oh, and some of the shirts I see are anti-Manning shirts (both Eli and Peyton) so it might be kind of Our Dynasty Is Better Than The Popular Media Dynasty kind of thing.

C'mon, the Mannings are a force unto themselves! no media complicity required. Though they do LOVE talking about them, good or bad. J and I were laughing about that the other day, the stupid announcers on Sunday afternoon football..." I wonder what Eli is thinking about right now...?" And then they talk so much shit about him! Really!

Yeah, but they're always gonna have media complicity, which maybe riles Pats fans who think their quarterback deserves more attention (not that he doesn't already get a ton, but, you know).

Hah! Definitely in the newsanchor/preacher/presidential candidate mode of coiffure. I wonder if he goes to John Edwards' barber? I wonder if Ann Coulter thinks he's a fag?
